Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef products, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, if your order is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we are committed to providing a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package to ensure all vacuum-sealed beef cuts are frozen or cool to the touch and that the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
In the event of a quality concern or shipping damage, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label as evidence for your claim.
- 3.Contact Customer Service
Reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery by providing your order number and the documented photos to initiate a resolution.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
